Kern, Jerome. Signed sheet music, typed letter signed and autograph musical quotation signed. Kern, Jerome. Vintage sheet music signed ("Jerome Kern") for the song "You Couldn't Be Cuter" from the 1938 RKO film Joy of Living. The 5-page music folder is inscribed on the cover in black ink "To Lew Pollack from his sincere Jerome Kern." Some toning to inside of first leaf of sheet music. Also included is an integral typed letter signed ("Jerry") on Kern's personal letterhead stationery, 19 May 1938, written to Pollack. Together with: Jerome Kern autograph musical quotation signed ("Jerome Kern"), 4.25 x 6 in. (108 x 152 mm.), no date. Kern pens four bars from "The Last Time I Saw Paris". Fine condition. Composed by Kern, with lyrics by Oscar Hammerstein, the song was sung by Ann Sothern in the film Lady Be Good (1941) and won the Academy Award for Best Original Song.
