George Washington: The Famous George Richard Minot Eulogy. Very rare 1st edition published in 1800 by Manning & Loring in Boston. Eulogy in 5" x 8.5" book was delivered before the inhabitants of Boston by George Richards Minot, a lawyer and orator. Excerpt: "Come then, Warriors! Citizens! Assemble round the tomb of this favourite son of virtue. Partake of the greatest legacy which a mortal could bequeath you, in the contemplation of his example.
