"Delivered at his Installment," March 4, 1801 at the City of Washington, to which are prefixed his "Farewell Address to the Senate: and a brief Account of the Proceedings at the Installment. "PHILADELPHIA: Printed by Cochran & M'Laughlin, for Mathew Carey, 118, Market-Street, 1801." 3.5" x 6.25", 24 pp., complete, in original wraps.
