"PHILADELPHIA: Printed by Cochran & M'Laughlin, for Mathew Carey, 118, Market-Street, 1801." 3.5" x 6.25", 24 pp., complete, in original wraps. Wraps show wear and soiling, contents showing light foxing. The first example we have ever encountered of this early printing detailing Jefferson's Inauguration.
