Criminal Complaint Document: Killer Zip Wyatt Wanted for Robbing Train, Oklahoma Territory, 1895. One page, 8.5" x 14" document charging William Winters with harboring, aiding, and assisting "Zip Wyatt and other train robbers and out laws to escape arrest and elude the United States officers who were trying to arrest them." Document names other material witnesses to charge and is signed by Deputy U.S. Marshall Ed Logston. Zip Wyatt, also known as Dick Yeager and Wild Charlie, was one of the most notorious outlaws in the Oklahoma Territory.Condition: Fine-very fine, slight tears in folds.
