Description
Cole Younger: "1 Free Visit Jesse James' Gravesite" Ticket. One page affixed to heavy cardstock, 5 x 2 5/8 inches; Lee's Summit, Missouri; 1913. Ticket for 1 free visit to Jesse James' gravesite by Cole Younger, who took over giving tours after James' mother Zerelda passed in 1911. Includes printed transmittal cover.Condition: Toned with scattered soiling. Bottom left corner of ticket has been re-attached, slightly overlapping with tape on verso. A small tear at top center, and a few small chips to other outer margins. Dampstaining to right margin on verso.
