Auctioneer T. Clark advertises the sale of "157 Acres of land... Also five likely and valuable Negroes, to wit: Mira, 40 years old; Jack, 25; Burrel, 13; Kitty, 4; Joe, 10." With foxing and some evidence of ghosting resulting from storage against another printing. With folds and bits of paper loss along bottom, well away from any text.
