Poster: 29" x 35.5" (73.66 x 90.17 cm)
Linen mount: 32.25" x 38.75" (81.92 x 98.43 cm)

Produced by Personality Posters, Inc., this is a large black and white image of Huey Newton seated in front of the iconic poster of himself.

The photograph was taken by Ted Streshinsky (spelled on the poster "Strashinsky") at the Black Panther headquarters. Less than six months later, Newton would be arrested for shooting police officer John Frey. He was imprisoned for three years, but due to rising public pressure and a "free Huey" campaign, the case was ultimately dismissed. Newton was later killed on August 22, 1989, by Black Guerilla Family member, Tyrone Robinson.

Condition: Very good, with only minor wear.
