GAR Rules and Regulations, 1884.40 page, GAR booklet includes honorably discharged members of the Civil War. This booklet was owned by a member Kearney post in Virginia City, Nevada. It was probably used at the 1884 San Francisco encampment. Measures approximately 4.50" x 6.50"
