Description
1971 TOPPS BASEBALL SET. If ever there were an issue engineered for spontaneous deterioration, it would be 1971 Topps baseball. Minimal handling yields immediate signs of wear. Conversely, this production’s cards, when found in virgin condition, are a beauty to behold. Such is the state of this complete set of 752. Throughout, this is one of the finest we’ve ever presented. And as a precaution, we’ve examined all the major stars to assure that none have been "modified" to artificially restore otherwise faulty condition. This one is genuinely top-shelf. Minor imperfections (very light corner wear) are this set’s determinants. The stars detail: NM/MT: Carlton, Seaver, Carew, Bench, Ted Williams, Gibson, Ryan, Banks, Palmer, Mays, Clemente, Mets, Anderson and #752. NM: #1, Munson, Jackson, Rose, B. Robinson, Garvey, Aaron, Yastrezemski, Killebrew, Brock, F. Robinson, Allen, Baker/Baylor, Aparicio, and McLain. (# This item may require additional shipping charges).
