[Samuel Bangs, Printer]. Newspaper: Atalaya, Periodico Oficial del Gobierno. Tom. 1, Num. 21. 4 pages, 8.25" x 12.25". Victoria (Tamaulipas): J. Manuel Bangs, 27 de Mayo de 1834. Jenkins writes: "The periodical ran from January 7, 1834, to April 27, 1837... Included are official government decrees, local ordinances, legislative journals, news, and some editorial comment."Condition: Light dampstaining at margins, otherwise near fine with only the gentlest of toning.
