Mint, Unfired, Springfield M1-D Garand Sniper's Rifle and Scope, #3467935. The gun is complete with all accessories, e.g. oiler, cleaning rod, sling, prong suppressor, cheek pad, etc., many in their original packing, as well as all of the original paperwork and packing, with the shipping box postmarked November 9, 1996 from Anniston, Alabama when the gun was shipped to the consignor under the auspices of the DCM lottery. An exterior label on the shipping box also list the numbers of both the gun and the M84 scope, #7607. The gun bears the marking S-A-9-52 on the side of the barrel. None finer or more impeccably provenanced.Auction Info
