Spanish-American War/WWI: Large Medal and Insignia Group Identified to Captain Charles E. K. Fraser.

Charles Fraser was born in England on May 12, 1878. At the he joined the U.S. Army he was living in New York. He served in the Spanish-American War and served in France during WWI. This large group of medals and related insignia includes: 1) Spanish Campaign Medal with full-wrap brooch, numbered No. 7658 on the rim. 2) Army Cuban Occupation Medal, full wrap brooch, numbered No. 3770 on the rim. 3) New York State Spanish-American War service medal numbered 4393 on the reverse of the pendant. 4) New York State Armory Marksman badge with one-year clasp. 5) New York State Small Arms Practice Marksman badge with one year attachment. 6) WWI Victory Medal with Defensive Sector and France clasps. Full-wrap brooch. 7) French Croix de Guerre Medal with palm. 8) New York State WWI Service Medal. 9) Two Spanish-American War veterans medals. 10) Two Veterans of Foreign Wars medals. 11) Various ribbon bars corresponding with the awarded medals. 12) Various veteran reunion ribbons, badges, buttons and insignia. 13) Officers collar and shoulder rank insignia, Marksman badges and cloth insignia.
