Spanish-American War: Philippine Campaign Medal, WWI Victory Medal and Insignia Identified to Colonel William E. Peoples.Includes: 1) Philippine Campaign Medal, 33-mm bronze planchet, full-wrap brooch, numbered on the rim "No. 1789". 2) WWI Victory Medal with full-wrap brooch. 3) Single pinback sterling Colonels' rank insignia. 4) Medal bar with Philippine Campaign and Spanish War service bars. Persons retired as a Colonel in 1938.
