Spanish-American War: Named Sampson Medal and City of Brooklyn Crew Medal For a Crewman Who Served Aboard the USS Brooklyn.Includes: 1) West Indies Campaign medal (Sampson Medal), 38 mm, stamped VICTOR BRADY, APP. 1ST. C. on the rim. The reverse marked Santiago de Cuba with the date of July 3. Brady served aboard the USS Brooklyn. 2) City of Brooklyn medal commemorating the destruction of the Spanish fleet given to crewmembers who served aboard the USS Brooklyn, bronze, 51 mm, original white/green ribbon with anchor pendant.
Condition: Excellent condition.
