All examples in identical form with 38-mm bronze planchets suspended from uniquely numbered pendants. Includes: 1) Medal named to G. A. Cummins, 20th Kansas Volunteer Infantry. Numbered 4420 on the pendant. 2) Medal named to W. W. Burnham, 8th Regiment, U.S. Volunteers. Numbered 6151 on the pendant. 3) Medal named to E. A. Clough, Co. L, 7th Regiment, California Volunteer Infantry. Numbered 4109 on the pendant. 4) Medal awarded to Lt. Colonel J.J. Dwyer, J.A. Division, National Guard of California. Numbered 5028 on the pendant.
