Spanish-American War: 3rd U.S. Volunteer Cavalry Awards.Includes: 1) Montana Medal of Honor for the 3rd U.S. Volunteer Cavalry, sterling silver, 42 mm, marked Gorham hallmark in the rim, pinback brass hanger. The obverse is captioned PRESENTED BY THE STATE OF MONTANA TO MONTANA ROUGH RIDERS; the reverse is captioned FIRST ARMY CORPS, SPANISH-AMERICAN WAR 1898. 2) 3rd U.S. Volunteer Cavalry ladder badge, brass, 38 mm, pinback hanger maker marked E. R. Williamson, Minneapolis, hanger named to WM. MANAHAN with a second bar marked TROOP "F".
