Lot of Four Outstanding National Guard of California Shooting Award Badges, Circa 1879-1902.

Includes: 1) 1879 2nd Brigade National Guard of California Presidio Creedmoor Team Shooting award, sterling, 37 x37-mm ornately engraved medal suspended from a musket pendant. The reverse is engraved "CREEDMOOR TEAM / Won by / F. T. Woodall / 1st Sergt. / Co. J 6th Cav. / Score / 82 Per Cent". Maker marked "DWL, S.F." 2) 5th Regiment, G Company, National Guard of California 2nd Class Shooting Award dated 1894. 34 x 48-mm, nickel silver, engraved "Joseph Moffat" on the reverse. 3) California National Guard shooting award with three bronze RIFLEMAN clasps dated 1897-99, awarded to W. E. Harper. Numbered 4286. Sterling with Shreve & Co. maker mark on the pendant. 4) California National Guard shooting award with four bronze RIFLEMAN clasps and one silver SHARPSHOOTER clasp dated from 1892 to 1902, numbered 1060. Sterling with Shreve & Co. maker mark on the pendant.
