Description
Peabody .50 Caliber Canadian Contract Breech Loading Rifle. 36" round barrel with very good bore. Receiver with typical markings, strong crisp action. Metal is mostly dark and smooth with minor dents and scratches, missing ramrod. Wood has a number of dents and scratches, butt stock stamped on the face "CM" and inspectors cartouche "DWB" on left wrist. Accompanied by original unmarked angular bayonet with smooth and gray finish.Auction Info
