Indian Wars Campaign Hat.Black felt hat, nearly-detached sweatband which is inscribed, on the inside portion, "U. S. Government Contract Quartermaster U. S. Army". Circa 1870s. Great condition and quite unusual. Maker and size not known. The Bill Bentham Collection.
