Description
Fantastic Presentation 30.5 cm Skodawerke Mörser Siege Howitzer. 14" x 4¾" x 8¾". A beautifully detailed scale model produced by Skodawerke factory for presentation purposes. The howitzer itself is constructed of brass with many applied details such as wheels, levers and gears. The large gun sits on a marble base detailed to give it a rustic appearance. A small 2½" x 1" nickel silver plate is inset into the marble at front bearing the caption: "30.5 cm MÖRSER/ SYSTEM SKODAWERKE A.G./ ZUR ERINNERUNG AN DAS JAHR/ 1914". This exceptional and heavy piece is in excellent condition.Auction Info
