Description
Very Nice Civil War Officer's Sword Belt. Overall excellent condition, black patent leather with four rows of decorative stitching, supple, showing just some minor wear and scuffs. Fine quality M1851 officer's sword belt plate with nice mellow patina, medium width tongue, matching keeper, no cross strap. Extra wide shield shaped sword pad with double row of stitching. Complete with Civil War percussion cap box, double flap, just some flaking at the fold. Nice untouched example of Civil War regulation officer's sword belt.Auction Info
