The song writer replies to a request regarding the use of his lyrics. "I do not publish Andrews March. It is published by Root & Cady. I doubt not I can get the use of it for you. You are at liberty to use the words of the other two songs viz. Down with the Traitor's Flag & Northern Freemans Rally Song, also We'll Die on the Field or Be Free... Of course you will give proper credit to the publisher as the words are copyrighted as well as the music... you will please give the price at which they are sold. The Serpent Flag is 75 cts each & the others 25 each." Restoration to torn left edge.
