Description

Two Brass Sporting Flasks C. 1850 - 1870. Brass body flask with floral/scroll and running deer motif on both sides, 7" overall including spout. About perfect condition with the exception that the spring is broken. retains old suspension cord. Copper body flask with brass top, 6 3/4" overall including spout which has been slightly shortened. Both sides embossed with motif of flying birds in scroll enclosed panel. Near perfect condition. Made with no provisions for suspension and doubtless meant to be carried in hunting bag.
