Description

Four Spurs: Different Varieties. The first example is a non dug Grimsley 1847 patter spur that accompanied the Grimsley saddle. A half dime serves as the rowel. The second spur is a brass box spur marked Kerby & Co., which could have been a Civil War issue. The third example is a scarce nickel plated spur with a Needham key. Lastly being offered in this group is a "Christmas" spur having an ornate design along the arms. A fine group. From The Bob Baird Collection.
