Confederate General John Pegram Report Signed "Jn. Pegram". One page, 8" x 10", dated December 14, 1863, report of disabled officers of Pegram's Brigade, fine condition. A report indicating not only names, ranks, regiments, companies but characteristics of disabilities - "...In hands of enemy...", "...Chronic rheumatism", "...Leg amputation", "...Absent without authority", "...Wounded Gaines Mill & since disabled", etc. Pegram was killed at Hatcher's Run on February 6, 1865.Auction Info
