Description
Civil War: Facsimile Confederate Southern Cross of Honor Named to William A. Lutrell, Co. "C" (3rd Battalion) Mississippi Ashcraft's Cavalry.34 x 34 mm, screw-back hanger marked "WM. A. LUTRELL" on the obverse and maker marked Charles Crankshaw, Atlanta on the reverse. Lutrell enlisted as a private on May 1, 1864 and mustered into "C" Company of Ashcraft's Cavalry. Ashcraft's Cavalry regiment was organized in May, 1864 with 8 companies.
Condition: Very good.
