Civil War Era Posters.
1) 18" x 22" poster printed in black and powder blue by Major & Knapp circa 1865, titled "Soldier's Memorial", issued for "Company F 1st New York Dragoons". Damp stains and board burns, but good overall, displaying nicely. 2) 18.5" x 23" chromolithograph by A. Hoen of Baltimore and George Lanckton of Washington, D. C., titled "Military Register", issued for Company F 6th Regiment Ohio Veteran Volunteer Cavalry". 5" vertical tears top & bottom, light toning, foxing, etc. Shows good age and character. Quite colorful. From the Don Limpert Collection.
