Description
Civil War Artillery Saber Belt with M1851 Rectangular Eagle Plate. Plate with four-piece silver wreath, nice patina. Patent leather belt with leather loop. Very sound and supple but exhibiting flaking. The saber strap suspension loops are present, but the straps are missing. There is no provision for an over the shoulder sling. The saber straps can be easily replaced. Very nice example.Auction Info
