Description
[George Armstrong Custer]: Little Big Horn Battlefield Relics. Wonderful group of material recovered from the Little Bighorn Battlefield. Collection includes a 7th Cavalry hat or collar insignia, a small piece of fabric likely from a uniform, and a large iron trade arrow point recovered from Reno's retreat route. The insignia measures 1" x 1/2", the clothing piece measures 1/4" x 1/2", and the arrow point measures 3/4" x 2 5/8".Provenance: From the Glen Swanson Collection.
