Description
Large Lithographic Map of the Battle of Sevastopol by Lieutenant George R. Wilkinson, Royal Navy, Circa 1855.48 x 32-inches. Hand colored to show the positions of the Russian, French and British armies. Lithographed by L. N. Rosenthal, Philadelphia. This large folding map accompanied the U.S. Senate Executive Document No. 1 of the 34 Congress, 1855.
Condition: The map was issued and has been stored folded. There is some modest toning in the fold creases and a small closed tear near the top right corner just affecting the black border, otherwise very good.
