Description
Winchester Falling Block Single Shot Rifle. Serial no. 112569, .22 W.C.F. caliber, 24 1/4-inch half octagonal half round barrel with fixed front Redfield sight and Marble rear sight blank. Blued finish. Marble tang peep sight. H M R stamped on each side of the receiver. Smooth walnut stock and fore-end. Crescent metal buttplate.Condition: Very good. Retaining approximately 95-98% finish with handling wear and fine patches of pitting. Wood showing scuffs, dings and bruises. Three noticeable repair circles to stock. Action crisp. Bright bore.
