Description
U.S. Springfield Armory M1 Garand Semi-Automatic Rifle.Serial no. 1099653, .30 caliber, 18 1/4-inch barrel with military sights. Parkerized finish on all metal parts. Smooth walnut pistolgrip stock with sling swivels, stacking swivel and canvas shoulder sling. S.A., Ordnance and G.H.D. cartouches to left side of stock. Checkered metal buttplate with trap. Bayonet lug.
Condition: Very good. Retaining approximately 95-97% finish with scattered signs of wear and pitting. Minor scuffs and dings to wood. Action crisp. Strong bore.
