Description
Winchester Model 1890 Slide Action Rifle.Serial no. 46246, .22 W.R.F. caliber, 24-inch octagonal barrel with fixed front and rear sights. Blued finish. Smooth walnut straight stock and grooved fore-end. Crescent metal buttplate. Manufactured in 1897.
Condition: Very good. Finish primarily a smooth grey patina with signs of wear and patches of pitting. Screw absent to upper tang. Scattered scuffs, dings and bruising to wood. Action tight. Strong bore.
