Description
U.S. Harpers Ferry Model 1842 Percussion Musket. NVSN, .69 caliber, 42-inch round barrel. Metal parts originally finished bright. Lock dated 1851. Walnut stock with three barrel bands, metal buttplate and loading rod.Condition: Fair. Metal with brown patina and pinprick pits. Stock cut between the middle and lower band. Lacking sling swivels. Stock appears sanded with scattered scratches and light gouges. Mechanically sound.
