Starr Arms Co. Civil War Saddle Ring Carbine.Unserialized, .54 caliber, 21-inch barrel with fixed front sight and folding rear sight. Blued and case-hardened finish. Saddle ring. Lock marked: STARR ARMS CO. / YONKERS, N.Y. Smooth walnut straight stock and fore-end with brass barrel band and crescent buttplate.
Condition: Good. Finish primarily a dark grey patina with noticeable signs of handling wear and pitting. Scattered dings and scuffs present to wood. Action good. Moderately pitted bore.
