Description
Sharps New Model Percussion Saddle Ring Carbine.Serial no. 74889, .50-70 caliber, 22-inch barrel with fixed front sight and rear ladder sight. Blued and case-hardened finish. Smooth walnut straight stock and fore-end. Crescent metal buttplate.
Condition: Very good as re-configured. Retaining approximately 85-90% finish with some thin spots, handling wear and fine patches of pitting. Replacement barrel. Scattered scuffs, dings and scratches to wood. Action good.
