Browning Model 1885 High Wall Single Shot Rifle. Serial no. 07424NT2B7, .45-65 black powder(only) caliber, 30-inch round barrel with hooded aperture front and tang mounted Browning vernier-type rear sights. Barrel tapped and screw-filled for rear sights. Left side of barrel with Japan address. Blued and case-hardened finish. Checkered, highly figured walnut pistolgrip stock with cheek piece. Checkered steel buttplate.Condition: Fine. Retaining approximately 92-97% original finish. Scattered fine scratches and handling wear. Stock very good showing moderate carry and shooting wear. Action crisp. Mirror bright bore.
