British Brass-Barreled Flintlock Blunderbuss by Richardson. 1 1/8-inch bore at muzzle. 14 1/4-inch brass barrel with cannon muzzle and molded bands. English proofs at breech. Steel flintlock mechanism marked: Richardson. Varnished walnut stock with engraved brass furniture and vacant floral brass wrist escutcheon. Hardwood ramrod. Condition: Good to very good. Metal with light wear and patina overall. Wood with wear and minor dents and bruises. Mechanically sound. No flint present. Ramrod cracked behind wormer.Auction Info
