Description
U.S. Underwood M1 Semi-Automatic Carbine.Serial no. 2682825, .30 caliber, 18-inch barrel with standard military front sight and adjustable rear sight. Parkerized finish. Flat bolt. Barrel stamped: UNDERWOOD / 6-44 / (flaming bomb). Walnut pistolgrip stock with sling swivel, oval cut oiler and canvas shoulder sling. Ordnance wheel and crossed cannons cartouche and GHD present on right side of stock. Checkered metal buttplate.
Condition: Very good. Retaining approximately 94-96% finish with light handling wear. Wood showing scattered dings and bruising. Action crisp. Bright bore.
