Description
U.S. Springfield M1A Texas Semi-Automatic Rifle.Serial no. 049112, 7.62mm caliber, 24-inch barrel with ventilated muzzle and standard military sights. Bayonet lug. Parkerized finish. Base of barrel marked: DEVINE TEX. Smooth walnut pistolgrip stock with sling swivels and vinyl shoulder sling. Circled P cartouche to base of wrist. Checkered metal buttplate with cleaning tool reservoir.
Condition: Very good. Retaining approximately 94-96% finish with some thinning to relief edges, handling wear and fine patches of pitting. Scuffs, dings and bruises present to wood. Cracks to left side of stock, below action. Bore good. Crisp action.
