Description
Lot of Two Remington Pump Action Rifles.Comprising: 1) Remington Model 25 Pump Rifle. Serial no. AA373, 25-20 caliber, 24-inch round barrel with front and rear sight. Blued finish with plain pistolgrip stock. Grooved fore-end. REMINGTON UMC TRADEMARK stamped on lower tang. Manufactured 1923-35. XG3 on left side of barrel and R.E.P. (Anchor) on right. 2) Remington .22 Caliber Pump Rifle. Serial no. 200345 (RW), .22 caliber, 24-inch octagonal barrel with front and rear sight. Blued finish with straight stock. Grooved fore-end REMINGTON UMC TRADEMARK stamped on lower tang.
Condition: 1) Fine with wear on finish mostly to top of barrel near muzzle, rear sight and model markings, Otherwise, retaining 70-80% bluing. Stock with wear and mars throughout. Buttplate with moderate wear and pitting. Action good. Bore good. 2) Good to very good as configured. Finish touched up around frame. Some flaking and bubbling to finish. Stock with wear and mars throughout. Some scattered pitting. Buttplate with moderate wear and pitting. Action good. Bore good. Both guns with mold residue to due to poor storage, should clean.
