Description
Remington Mule Ear Percussion Rifle. NVSN, .36 caliber, 30 1/4-inch octagonal barrel with fixed sights and marked: P&S REMINGTON. Scroll engraved lock and hammer. Brass triggerguard and crescent butt. Walnut stock. Wood ramrod.Condition: Good. Finish primarily a grey age patina with wear, dings and patches of pitting. Stock showing scattered scuffs and scratches. Noticeable bowed and cracked wood in front of lock, with some cracks and minor wood loss around lock. Screw absent to buttplate. Action needs adjustment. Moderately pitted bore.
