Description
H.E. Leman Percussion Pennsylvania Rifle.Unserialized, approximately .56 caliber, 37-inch octagonal barrel with fixed front and rear sights. Top of barrel marked: H.E. LEMAN / LANCASTER PA. and WARRANTED. Light scroll engraved lock. Tiger maple full body stock. Brass fore-end cap, triggerguard, hinged patchbox and buttplate. Wood ramrod.
Property of KSA Industries (Kenneth S. Adams, Jr., Collection).
Condition: Very good. Finish primarily a brownish grey patina with noticeable signs of wear and pitting. Scattered scuffs, dings and bruising to wood. Moderately pitted bore.
