H. Elwell Full Stock Kentucky Rifle.Unserialized, .46 caliber, 35-inch heavy octagonal barrel with fixed front sight and adjustable rear sight. Scroll and game engraved lock marked: H. ELWELL / WARRANTED. Smooth walnut full body stock with brass furniture and hinged patchbox. Ramrod.
Condition: Fair to Good. Finish primarily a mottled grey patina with noticeable wear and pitting. Wood showing heavy wear, cracks and some wood loss in areas. Action needs adjustment.
