Unserialized, approximately .62 caliber, 33-inch octagonal barrel with fixed front and rear sights. Lock marked: GABRIEL CHERIX / BEX. Dual hammers. Smooth hardwood stock with sling swivels. Brass triggerguard and buttplate. Original brass museum inventory tag attached: J.M. DAVIS / 3434 / MEMORIAL.
Sold to Benefit The JM Davis Collection at the JM Davis Arms and Historical Museum, Part II.

Condition: Very good. Finish primarily a smooth grey patina with scattered signs of handling wear and patches of pitting. Noticeable scuffs, dings and bruising present to wood. Long cracks to each side of stock near base. Ramrod absent. Action functions. Moderately pitted bore.
