Full Stock Percussion Plains Rifle by C. Horn. .45 caliber smoothbore, 33 1/2-inch octagonal barrel marked: C. Horn. Lightly engraved lock and hammer. Brass triggerguard, fore-end cap, ramrod ferrules, and crescent butt. Walnut stock. Condition: Very good. Metal has a overall smooth brown patina with some pitting at the breech. Hammer will not stay cocked. Stock with signs of use with a few scratches and blemishes. Initials "AF" scratched on the trigger guard.Auction Info
