Description
French Charleville Percussion Rifle.Unserialized, approximately .72 caliber, 29-inch round barrel with fixed front sight. Top of barrel stamped: 812. Straight walnut three quarter stock with sling swivels, two barrel bands and ramrod. Brass triggerguard and buttplate.
Condition: Good. Finish primarily a dark grey patina with noticeable wear and pitting. Two screws absent from lock. Heavy scuffs, dings and crack present on stock. Action needs adjustment.
