Description
C. Beck Marked Percussion Full-Stock Kentucky Rifle.Unserialized, .58 caliber, 43-inch octagonal barrel with fixed front and rear sights. Unmarked lock. Top of barrel marked: C. Beck. Smooth hardwood full body stock with decorative hinged patchbox. Left side of stock decoratively carved. Blank silver oval escutcheon at top of wrist. Brass fore-end tip, triggerguard and crescent buttplate.
Condition: Good. Finish primarily a dark grey age patina with heavy wear and pitting. Scattered scuffs and dings to wood. Action needs adjustment.
