Description
A Japanese Matchlock (Tanegashima) with Ornate Silver Barrel Inlays.Approximately .47 caliber, 41-inch barrel. Moderate barrel, well inlaid with silver serpent dragon and other Japanese decorations including Japanese characters near breech. The figured stock with numerous engraved brass and silver inlays throughout.
Condition: Overall in very good condition with normal storage and hadnling wear. Some tarnish to decorations. Stock in very good condition with minor bumps and mars. Bore good.
