Description
Winchester Model 1894 Saddle Ring Carbine.Serial no. 53X068, .32 WIN. caliber, 24-inch round barrel with hooded front sight and adjustable rear elevation sight. Blued finish. Saddle ring. Smooth walnut straight stock and fore-end. Metal carbine buttplate. Barrel is from a Winchester Model 64 rifle.
Condition: Good as configured. Retaining approximately 85-90% finish with noticeable thinning to relief edges, handling wear and patches of pitting. Scattered scuffs and dings present to wood. Large 4-inch crack to base of stock. Action functions, but needs adjustment. Strong bore. Tom Mixon Collection
